How can you find when a Bill is going to be voted on???

I have been reading about this bill that was introduced to senate. (The Cluster Munitions Civilian Protection Act of 2007, introduced in the Senate on February 14th (S.594) by Senators Dianne Feinstein (CA) and Patrick Leahy (VT) and in the House on March 29th (H.R. 1755)) How does it work once it is introduced? Is it then voted on? If so, How do I find WHEN it will be voted on. THank you.

Is it legal to drive in Illinois when the penger is drunk? More details below.?

I'm 15, and have my learner's permit. I'm going with my parents to a party tonight and they're driving separately becuase my mom has to leave early. They want me to stay late with my stepdad so I can drive him home if he drinks. If he is my only penger over twenty-one and he is over the legal limit (.08 in Illinois), what will happen if I get pulled over? The only problem I am worried about is the legality of the situation. Can I lose my permit? As I stated above, this party is tonight, so I need an answer soon.

hi. so im 5'7 and a girl. im 16 and weigh 138-145 fluctuating. i used to do basketball every day for years but i stopped (i never really liked it) so i have basically become non sporty and soft. i also quit volleyball so im just getting pudgier! i used to be very skinny and very fit, then i got a bit olfer and even though i still ran in bball every day got just bigger with age. so a few questions. am i heavier than i should be? should my hip bones (weird question) be potruding as a sign of health or is it ok for them to be seen just not all the way out, like with a bit of pudge around them. what can i do to tone up thighs, arms, and especially hip area, like what moves and such? im not fat i am getting soft and pudgy though.

SUBARU FORESTER Leaks oil!!! Possible problem with blow by valve?

98' Forester w/ 4 cyl. 2.5 with recent head work. Now during travel, it leaks oil from what looks like the front of the oil pan. First thought it was front main but not so. Returned it many times to mechanic to locate leak. Was told the blow by valve inside was malfuntioning and was causing pressure to build inside the oil pan causing the leak. was told that motor needed to be replaced to fix problem. Is this true?
