I need a training bra, but cant do anything about it.?

seriously, i need one. i'm getting these little bumps. i have a stepmom, that i am not close to and i cant talk to her. i cant go to the store and get one, i am not alowed. i cant even go with friends. i dont have any other girl relatives, and i definetly cant tell my dad. and i cant email her. what i really need are some hints i can do to show her that i need one. thank you so much... and remember, I WONT ask ANYONE FOR 1. thanx
