Im unconfident. please help me with appearance and weight?

hi. so im 5'7 and a girl. im 16 and weigh 138-145 fluctuating. i used to do basketball every day for years but i stopped (i never really liked it) so i have basically become non sporty and soft. i also quit volleyball so im just getting pudgier! i used to be very skinny and very fit, then i got a bit olfer and even though i still ran in bball every day got just bigger with age. so a few questions. am i heavier than i should be? should my hip bones (weird question) be potruding as a sign of health or is it ok for them to be seen just not all the way out, like with a bit of pudge around them. what can i do to tone up thighs, arms, and especially hip area, like what moves and such? im not fat i am getting soft and pudgy though.
