Gun Control ? what do you think ?

I am not only talking about incident at VT. Generally if you turn on the TV, you could hear at least one person died because of so much guns out there. Here is my argument, Yes you can have a right to bare a firearm according to Amendment 2. But if a person get quick anger, he could use that "easy to buy" gun to kill. Why cant people use tranqualizer gun if the personal safety is the issue ? Everybody have a right to live. I am not talking banning guns, but to control. By investigating the person who want to buy it... Do you think guns involve inside 9/11 aircrafts ? to take the control over ?
