How do I find out the temperature change in a metal?

I have the joules I am adding and how much metal I have and the specific heat of the metal. I would give the numbers but my teacher checks yahoo answers to make sure no one asks the questions. But if you need the numbers I can email them to you (and you would auto get BA)
