Damian Wayne was created in 2006 (Batman 655). Since Batman Beyond ended in 2001, there is about a 0% chance that Damian was in it. It was revealed in one of the Justice League Unlimited episodes that Bruce Wayne was actually Terry's biological father through a experiment.
