Am i in labor?? or really close to having my baby?

ok im 39wks n 2days and yesterday i started having really bad cramping like real bad period cramps..... and i tossed in turned all night i just couldnt get fy or anything... and tody the cramps have been 10-15 mins apart and they hurt and so does my back... then bout an hour ago i started having diarreah kinda this is my first baby and i have no clue is ti what is gong on.. can someone please help me?? am i in labor and going to have my baby boy soon??
