Can you get really high off Adderall?

my friends always say you can get really really high off this and it is a cl 1 narcotic... I also had a friend who took adderall with Marijuana and said the first 2 times it cancelled out but by the third time he got rediculously high and now whenever he continues to take it he gets rediculously high he said it feels like ecstacy.... i dont abuse drugs i am prescribed adderall and im just curious
