What do those indecline stickers mean?

Indecline could be described as a guerrilla film crew that produced a series of controversial dvds in 2005-06 called "bumfights" they would pay homeless people money, liquor, drugs, ect to fight, then they would film it. They also filmed random street fights, teenagers or themselves or others fighting, skate boarding, tagging (graffiti), illegal activities, ect. It is kind of like the show "Jack" only lower budget and the main focus is filming fights. The indecline stickers are their logo. posting them everywhere seems like a parody of propaganda, giving viral media a physical presence out of the digital world. some consider them to be street art (the new term for graffiti...) You should really watch the doentary "exit through the gift shop," i saw it on netflix instant, but its prob for rent if you don't have that. It explains street art really well and delves into the culture, much better than i could ever explain. Anyways, hope I helped.
