What is causing my persistent coughing while eating?

Are you sure you don't have a peanut allergy? Many people can't eat any products with nuts.Schools have banned peanut er from the lunch rooms because there are so many kids with allergies to this.A person can develop allergies at any given time in their lives.Another reason for coughing could signal asthma,it's one of the sign of it.If I were you I would keep a food diary and see what seems to trigger these coughing spells,not sure if I've been any help but wanted to throw a couple possibility's at you.
