What is the most secure way to ship clothes to europe?

I am in USA now and all my friends ask me to send them clothes that they can't buy that cheap in Europe. They are willing to pay for the clothes and shipping and I figured out I'd just send a jumbo box with clothes and satisfy everyone in the same time. What is the easiest/most secure way to do it?For reference, I ship to the Ukraine. Thank you in advance!
