Which Developed country has the most ualised/promiscuous culture?

I know this question is difficult to give a straightforward answer to, but i dont want a straightforward answer. Holland, in particular amsterdam springs to mind, but i dont know if thats just Amsterdam. The uk (where i live) come to mind natrually also, surely we are pretty high up? Also apparently Japan make the most , have a very low age of conscent (13 i beleive), but are not promiscuous at all when it comes to peoples personal lives (Japan has quite a strange combinations of statistics in quite a few areas actually eg very low poverty rate/high life expectancy, but then a very high suicide rate) Apparently sweden isnt the most ualised of cultrues, but its the most forward in terms of womens position when it comes to (it is common and not frowned upon for women to make the move). This is all just stuff ive been told or done minor research on and could be wrong, im not claiming to know a lot. What would you people say?
