Did anyone ask Jesus "having healed one blind man, will you now heal blindness completely for all people"?

No, he taught that faith is what heals people, the ability to believe that it can be done for you. In Mark 9:24, it tells the story of a man who needed healing for his son, he told Jesus, "I believe you can do it but help me in my unbelief." He knew that Jesus could heal but he needed help believing that He would do it for him. Jesus didn't get angry with him instead Jesus helped him with his unbelief and healed his son.
