The meds are not working?

I have generalized anxiety disorder and social phobia that make my life hell. I've been on paxil, Ativan, zoloft and wellbutrin since I sought treatment. Right now I'm on zoloft 150 mg and wellbutrin sr 150 mg for the past 2 months and I'm still anxious. I'm tired of waiting. Why aren't these ness working
