Why did McCain Vote "For" 1999 Bank Deregulation Bill--Biden Against?

Don't know ...but why did Bidens kid make a fortune LOBBYING his own DAD for the banks and credit card companies to make it harder to wipe out debt for the working man in bankruptcy...which BIDEN VOTED FOR and McCain AGAINST....so Biden is NOT for the working man....
